Job Role

We invite applications for a Waiter/Waitress specializing in mini bar services to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and explain seating arrangements.
• Describe menu options including ingredients and cooking styles; respond to questions about allergies and diet limitations.
• Inform guests of daily specials and promotions not listed on menus, ensuring full awareness of available choices.
• Check guests' identification to confirm legal drinking age compliance in accordance with local legislation.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders, including special requests, and promptly relay orders to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals following established techniques to meet quality and hygiene standards.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years experience in food and beverage service at 4-star or 5-star hotels or premium dining venues, with a firm grasp of service norms.
• Competent knowledge of menus and preparation methods; able to recommend items and upsell according to brand standards.
• Skilled in delivering excellent guest service, order handling, and managing feedback to maintain high satisfaction.
• Able to manage specific service station, coordinate with kitchen/bar teams for smooth operations during service hours.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; familiar with cashier tasks and adherence to hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
