Role Summary

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive table service.
• Explain menu items clearly and help customers make informed choices.
• Manage several front-of-house tasks at once while following hotel food and beverage service standards.
• Work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-moving setting while remaining courteous and guest-focused.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen colleagues so that orders are correct and served without delay.

Experience and Skills

The employer is seeking someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally gained in a hotel or similar hospitality environment. Strong verbal and written communication is needed, along with the ability to understand, speak, read, and write the main working language used on site. Basic computer knowledge is considered an advantage. A professional, tidy, and well-groomed appearance that matches hotel standards is also required.

The property is a boutique hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha, located in the capital city of Qatar. It features 213 rooms and suites, a ballroom, five meeting rooms, multiple restaurants, and a spa with a swimming pool. The location is suitable for both business and leisure travelers and is approximately 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport and 10 minutes from West Bay.
