Role Overview
As a Barista, you will prepare drinks that reflect craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creativity. Your focus on quality coffee, consistent execution, and friendly guest service will contribute to enjoyable café and dining experiences throughout breakfast, à la carte service, banquets, and special events.
Key Duties
You will be responsible for producing a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining quality and presentation standards, and keeping beverage stations and equipment ready for smooth service. The position also involves careful preparation, coordination with other teams, and attentive handling of guest requests.
Standards and Expectations
The role requires strict attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices, including compliance with HACCP requirements. You are expected to work closely with service and kitchen colleagues, support busy service periods efficiently, and continue building your knowledge of coffee, tea, and café operations with guidance from senior team members.

About the Property
The position is based at Alwadi Hotel Doha, the first MGallery boutique hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha. The property includes 213 luxury rooms and suites, a large ballroom, five meeting rooms, multiple restaurants, and an exclusive spa and swimming pool. It is located in the heart of Qatar’s capital, around 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport and 10 minutes from West Bay.
