Its broader aim is to help shape Saudi Arabia’s entertainment landscape by bringing in international and local brands and supporting the growth of the sector nationwide. Over the coming 8 years, the company plans to launch multiple entertainment initiatives that are intended to improve the quality of life for Saudi citizens and residents while meeting their leisure expectations.
Role Overview
The Waiter/Waitress role focuses on delivering smooth, attentive table service. You will welcome guests, guide them through menu choices, pass orders to the kitchen accurately, serve food and beverages, and help create a comfortable dining experience. The position also requires managing a specific table section, following hygiene and safety procedures, and maintaining a professional, guest-focused approach at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive guests courteously, share menus, and support them with food and drink selections aligned to their preferences.
- Record orders precisely and relay them to the kitchen while capturing any special instructions or dietary requirements.
- Serve dishes and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and order correctness meet company expectations.
- Handle a designated section of 1 to 6 tables and provide consistent, attentive service throughout the dining period.
- Check in regularly with guests to confirm satisfaction and respond quickly to any extra needs or concerns.
- Follow front-of-house operating procedures and remain compliant with HACCP Intermediate and FM Mandates Basic requirements.
- Support food service standards and material control practices, including asset care and inventory awareness.
- Deliver a welcoming, high-quality service experience that leaves guests satisfied.
- Address questions and complaints with professionalism and work toward swift issue resolution.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, respectful, and efficient manner so their needs are met without delay.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a guest-facing environment.
- HACCP Intermediate certification is mandatory.
- Prior experience handling a table section and delivering strong guest service.
- Working knowledge of front-of-house SOPs and food safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and communicate effectively in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and free from visual or auditory limitations that would affect performance.
