Role overview
The Facilities Management Specialist will help keep day-to-day site activities running smoothly in Yanbu. This role focuses on inspections, upkeep tracking, record management, and close coordination with internal IFM teams and external stakeholders to support strong facility performance.
Core responsibilities
- Carry out routine walkthroughs of the site and note any issues found during inspections.
- Monitor the progress of preventive maintenance and follow up on reactive maintenance tasks.
- Keep the CAFM platform current by updating work order statuses.
- Maintain an accurate asset register and ensure facility records are properly documented.
- Work with IFM supervisors and contractors to support smooth daily site coordination.
- Compile reports and track KPIs as well as other performance-related data.
- Assist with emergency response activities and incident documentation when required.
Qualifications and experience
The position calls for a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management, along with 1–2 years of experience in facilities management or building operations. A basic understanding of MEP systems is required, together with strong coordination and organizational ability.
