In this role, you will help deliver polished service across the Drawing Rooms and Bar No. 23. The focus is on providing refined hospitality, supporting key service periods, and contributing to the signature experience known as “Merrion Moments.”
- Provide consistently excellent five-star service
- Work to understand guest needs early and exceed expectations wherever possible
- Serve tea, coffee, and other beverages in a professional manner
- Assist with afternoon tea and evening service
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, beverages, and drinks offerings

The Drawing Rooms, Garden Terrace, and No. 23 Cocktail Bar provide a distinctive guest experience ranging from continental breakfast and lunch through to evening cocktails. The hotel is particularly known for its Art Afternoon Tea, featuring pastries inspired by artwork displayed throughout the Drawing Rooms.
