Role Overview
The Merrion is seeking a full-time Waiter to join the Garden Room Restaurant team. This role offers the chance to work in a refined and high-quality atmosphere supported by experienced colleagues. Successful candidates will receive continuous training and support to ensure professional growth in a hospitality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the restaurant environment and deliver food and beverage services aligned with five-star quality standards.
- Provide attentive, personalised guest attention.
- Anticipate guest requirements to consistently surpass expectations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and offerings.
- Operate the MICROS system efficiently.
- Maintain a polished and professional service demeanor at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Strong dedication to guest satisfaction.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking in a busy, fast-paced setting.
