Role Overview

The Merrion is seeking a full-time Waiter to join the Garden Room Restaurant team. This role offers the chance to work in a refined and high-quality atmosphere supported by experienced colleagues. • Prepare the restaurant environment and deliver food and beverage services aligned with five-star quality standards.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and offerings.
• Operate the MICROS system efficiently.
