Wests Group Macarthur is a fast-growing hospitality and entertainment group serving the Macarthur region. With four lively venues and a team of more than 470 people, the business is focused on creating memorable guest experiences through strong service, great people, and a welcoming community mindset.

This role is for enthusiastic Waiter and Cafe Attendants who can provide friendly, efficient support across bistro and cafe areas. You will help with taking orders, serving food and drinks, and keeping the venue clean, comfortable, and inviting for guests.

What’s Offered

The role includes above-award pay, rosters issued three weeks in advance, full training, a supplied uniform, discounted meals, free onsite parking, free golf at Lakeside Golf Club, access to free tennis and pickleball, and a discounted gym membership through a partner gym.

About You

Wests Group Macarthur is seeking someone with a flexible approach to work, a current driver’s licence, and their own transport so they can travel between the four venues. You will also need current RSA and RCG competency cards.
