Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and passionate Chefs to join our dynamic team. Candidates should be ready to work during operating hours that include late evenings, weekends, public holidays, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Candidate Requirements

• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holiday periods including Christmas and New Year;
• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery;
• Full driver's license and access to a personal vehicle;
• Strong time management abilities, positive mindset, and proactive attitude;
• Excellent communication and customer service expertise;
• Impeccable personal presentation, hygiene, and grooming standards;
• Understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, workplace health and safety, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
