Location and Travel Expectations
This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, with options for hybrid work or remote work within Canada. For remote employees, attendance at in-office events in Mississauga or Salt Lake City is required periodically, including onboarding, team gatherings, and semi-annual or annual meetings. Hybrid employees must reside within commuting distance and attend regular in-office events (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) with their team.
Role Summary
The Vice President of Product Delivery & Growth for AI is responsible for accelerating product-led expansion within the AI segment for Skilled Nursing. This role focuses on market-driven strategies to foster early customer adoption, secure initial successes, and establish scalable go-to-market processes. The VP acts as a key liaison engaging with strategic customers and industry stakeholders, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to validate product value, influence direction, and empower Sales to scale validated solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead product-led growth initiatives by fostering early customer wins and accelerating adoption within the assigned segment.
- Develop repeatable go-to-market strategies that enable the Sales teams to consistently deliver validated AI-enabled solutions.
- Define validation priorities and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering to demonstrate value with strategic clients and harvest insights that guide scaling decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver aligned messaging, plays, and enablement frameworks that streamline field readiness.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap by synthesizing direct customer feedback, market intelligence, and adoption metrics from enterprise engagements.
- Build and nurture high-performing teams through strategic hiring, ongoing coaching, and strong performance management, fostering accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in product management, growth, strategy, or adoption within HealthTech, SaaS, Senior Living, or comparable industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degrees such as a Master's or MBA are preferred.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS products from post-launch stages through sustained market adoption and revenue growth, including creating reliable go-to-market methodologies.
- Experience managing AI-enabled or data-driven product lines relevant to the portfolio.
- Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success in complex organizational settings.
- Direct engagement experience with enterprise clients to validate product value, steer adoption, and inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Expertise leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed decision-making, prioritizing opportunities and managing trade-offs effectively.
- Background in leading portfolio-wide transformational initiatives including changes to operating models, go-to-market strategies, or scaling optimizations.
