About the Role
This opportunity is with a global company that delivers essential digital infrastructure solutions for data centers, supporting hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise clients, and telecom operators across the world. The organization is seeking a VP of Service and Product Lifecycle for the APAC region, based in Singapore. This is a senior leadership position reporting to the President of Asia and carrying P&L accountability of more than USD 300 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and drive the worldwide service and product lifecycle plan so it supports broader business goals.
- Grow service revenue and profitability through lifecycle offerings, aftermarket support, and digital service models.
- Oversee product lifecycle activities such as service readiness, upgrades, modernization, spare parts planning, and end-of-life management.
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to strengthen reliability, maintainability, and customer experience.
- Improve operational performance by standardizing service workflows, increasing productivity, and using data-backed insights.
- Scale connected and digital services, including remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and asset lifecycle offerings.
- Define and track performance measures that improve service quality, customer loyalty, operational efficiency, and financial results.
- Recruit, guide, and grow high-performing global teams while promoting collaboration, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a closely related field; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 15 years of leadership experience in service, aftermarket, product lifecycle management, or technical operations in industrial, critical infrastructure, power, or technology environments.
- A demonstrated track record of managing global service teams and delivering profitable service expansion.
- Strong business and commercial judgment, with direct experience handling P&L responsibility and recurring revenue models.
- Background in leading cross-functional groups and large transformation programs.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
