Job description

Role overview

This is a senior leadership opportunity at the crossroads of Sales, Finance, and go-to-market strategy. It is best suited to someone who performs well in fast-scaling, complex environments and can transform scattered data into clear commercial direction.

What you will own

You will lead the entire Revenue Operations function, covering CRM strategy, pipeline oversight, forecasting, analytics, and commercial planning. The objective is to strengthen the operating system behind a growing business.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a scalable, predictive analytics capability to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, sensitivity analysis, revenue reporting, and executive decisions.
  • Work closely with Finance on bookings and revenue forecasts, budgeting cycles, board materials, quarterly business reviews, and long-range planning.
  • Serve as the link between Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and senior leadership to align growth priorities and revenue execution.
  • Use data-driven analysis to surface expansion, retention, and cross-sell opportunities while improving customer outcomes through operational insights.
  • Build and refine RevOps processes that raise forecasting precision, improve sales productivity, and support go-to-market execution.
  • Contribute to territory design, quota planning, and incentive compensation structures so they reinforce company growth goals.
  • Assess and implement the right tooling stack around Salesforce as the company grows, including reporting, enablement, and automation solutions.
  • Design executive dashboards and KPI frameworks that make business performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency easy to track.
  • Bring rigor to the revenue lifecycle, from lead handling and pipeline governance to renewals and expansions.
  • Lead improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, systems integration, and commercial scalability in a high-growth setting.

Work context

This position is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area and is an onsite full-time role.
