Job description
About the role
Clue is in a pivotal stage of growth for its product organization. As a leading women’s health platform serving more than 10 million monthly active users, the company is focused on turning its product vision into measurable impact at a larger scale. The VP of Product will help guide this next chapter and play a key role in shaping how the organization plans, executes, and grows.
This is a senior leadership position with broad responsibility across Product, Design, UX, and Localization, with the opportunity for the scope to expand over time. You will work closely with the CPTO, CEO, and executive leadership to define the product agenda and help steer the company’s global impact.
What you will do
- Direct product strategy and delivery across the company, converting strategic direction into practical goals that teams can execute against.
- Establish strong product operating practices, including planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms.
- Lead, develop, and coach a cross-functional organization covering Product, Design, UX, and Localization, with potential for broader ownership later.
- Bring clarity to competing priorities while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and team capacity.
- Work in close partnership with the CPTO, CEO, and senior leaders to shape and deliver the product roadmap and agenda.
- Keep user insight and discovery at the center of decision-making so that choices are grounded in real user needs.
What you bring
- Proven experience leading product organizations and designing the operating model that connects strategy to execution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders across teams and senior leadership.
- A solid toolkit for prioritization and product operations, applied with sound judgment.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across product and related areas such as design, UX, or localization.
- Practical product expertise and a willingness to stay close to the work rather than only overseeing it.
- A data-driven mindset for defining success, evaluating tradeoffs, and deciding what to tackle first.
