This senior individual contributor role focuses on establishing, negotiating, and finalizing strategic partner agreements that will boost customer acquisition, expand the enterprise reach, and increase revenue through partner-driven reselling and joint sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the partner strategy tailored to the EMEA market aligned with Cresta’s global and regional sales plans.
- Identify and prioritize valuable strategic alliances across system integrators, resellers, BPOs, and complementary tech partners.
- Create compelling partner value propositions, commercial models, and scalable engagement frameworks suitable for the region.
- Drive partner-originated and influenced revenue pipelines and collaborate closely with sales teams to integrate partners into sales cycles.
- Provide support to partners for positioning and selling Cresta’s solutions, developing joint value messaging and customer cases.
- Lead complex high-stake partnership discussions, including contract negotiations, from start to finish.
- Explore new market entry and go-to-market opportunities through partnerships within diverse EMEA territories.
- Manage executive partnerships and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to reflect partner feedback, execute joint marketing initiatives, and ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Cresta as a senior partnerships leader at industry events and with customers across the EMEA region, keeping abreast of market dynamics and competitor activity.
- Provide strategic insights and input on regional growth to global leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 15 years experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or enterprise sales within SaaS, AI, or enterprise software sectors.
- Proven success in independently sourcing, structuring, and closing revenue-generating strategic partnerships.
- Experience operating autonomously in senior roles within fast-growing or early-stage companies.
- Solid knowledge of partner-driven sales models, including system integrators, reseller frameworks, and co-selling strategies.
- Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives at partner organizations.
- Strategic mindset with a talent for adapting market insights into actionable partnership plans.
- Highly proactive, hands-on, and resilient working in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
- Deep understanding of the cultural and business landscapes across EMEA, with preferred regional experience.
- A readiness to be hands-on and take accountability to achieve results without direct team management.
Benefits and Compensation
- Access to a range of healthcare plans designed to fit different life stages.
- Flexible holiday policies fostering work-life balance.
- Paid parental leave to support employee families.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, equity options, and other benefits.
