Role Overview
The Events and Field Marketing Manager - East will spearhead event strategy and execution, ensuring that Cresta's brand stands out through remarkable experiences that foster business growth. Reporting to the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, this individual will play a pivotal, strategic, and hands-on role in event operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine event strategies in alignment with sales priorities and pipeline objectives, establishing scalable, consistent playbooks.
- Define KPIs, measure event performance, and present executive-level insights on pipeline contribution and conversion rates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, demand generation, design, and partners to orchestrate event go-to-market plans.
- Oversee large-scale enterprise event programs such as tradeshows, VIP dinners, and partner activations.
- Manage forecasting, budget allocation, and optimization in collaboration with finance and revenue operations.
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to enhance value and reduce costs.
- Design integrated promotional campaigns with demand generation and digital teams to maximize event attendance.
- Innovate new event formats, keep abreast of market trends, and mentor team members on evolving strategies.
- Prepare executives and sales leaders for presentations and speaking engagements at events.
- Implement standardized, repeatable processes across various event types and regions.
- Gather and relay field intelligence to shape marketing messages, campaign tactics, and sales tools.
- Support team development through mentoring, new hire orientation, and contributions to team planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B field or event marketing, or in integrated campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence various organizational levels.
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on event success and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI, Contact Center, or Customer Experience technologies.
- Experience supporting account-based field marketing strategies.
- Background in sales or sales development representative roles or strong understanding of sales processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, and field operations tools such as Mobly.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 annually, supplemented with equity options and a full suite of benefits. Compensation is competitive and adjusted based on experience, skills, education, and location.
