Role Summary

This full-time remote position leads growth strategy and execution for Knorr-Bremse Systems for Commercial Vehicles India Pvt. Ltd. The role is accountable for expanding revenue, increasing market presence, and shaping long-term business growth. It involves directing growth initiatives, defining sales goals, supporting business development, and ensuring marketing activities stay aligned with company priorities. The VP of Growth will study market movements, spot new customer opportunities, assess partnerships, and build insight-led strategies to strengthen the company’s position in established and developing markets.

What You Will Do

  • Set and drive revenue-growth plans that support business expansion and stronger market share.
  • Guide sales and business development efforts, including target setting and portfolio growth.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute growth programs and operational plans.

  • Use financial and commercial insight to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in sales and business development, along with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue and widen customer relationships. A solid background in strategic planning, market assessment, team leadership, and commercial strategy is important. Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, or a similar industrial B2B environment will be valuable, as will the ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly across internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or another related discipline is required.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is considered an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in sales, business development, and growth leadership is expected.
  • Comfort working with KPIs, forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis is important.
  • Ability to manage remote collaboration and lead distributed teams is needed.
