About the role
We are looking for a forward-thinking Vice President of Strategy to shape long-range business direction and guide innovation efforts. This position will work closely with senior leaders across the organization to support strategic growth within the commercial vehicle systems sector. The role is offered as a fully remote position based in California.
Key responsibilities
- Steer the creation, improvement, and delivery of long-term business strategies for the commercial vehicle business.
- Study market shifts, industry developments, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities.
- Work with global business teams to make sure strategic plans are aligned and implemented effectively.
- Track major company initiatives and assess progress using measurable, data-based performance indicators.
Qualifications
- A master’s degree or MBA in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in corporate strategy, preferably in automotive or heavy manufacturing environments.
- Strong business judgment, advanced analytical thinking, and the ability to take a broad strategic view.
- Excellent English communication skills and the interpersonal ability to operate in a multinational corporate setting.
