Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a VP of Client Success & Growth in the United States. The role is centered on protecting key enterprise relationships while also expanding revenue within those accounts. You will sit at the crossroads of client success, business development, and strategic growth, managing the full account lifecycle for major customers. The position calls for a mix of commercial thinking and practical leadership, with responsibility for outcomes across complex, multi-team client environments. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and direct internal delivery teams to ensure strong execution. This role reports to the CRO and is fully remote, with coordination across global teams and working hours aligned to the US business day.
What you'll own
- Lead long-term growth plans for enterprise accounts, balancing retention with expansion across high-value client relationships.
- Drive proactive business development by spotting new opportunities in existing accounts and pursuing fresh enterprise prospects.
- Act as the main strategic contact for large, multi-division clients and keep alignment across all key stakeholders.
- Convert client goals and needs into clear action plans, then guide internal teams to deliver strong results.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain accountability for output, quality, and sustained client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal subject-matter experts to refine solutions, steer delivery, and improve performance.
- Question assumptions, identify unmet needs, and bring new thinking into account strategy.
- Take ownership of outcomes so each engagement contributes to measurable business growth.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing, account management, client success, or strategic growth functions.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise business development and in managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and decision-makers at large organizations.
- Strong command of marketing systems, performance measurement approaches, and data-led growth methods.
- Background leading cross-functional teams and turning strategy into execution.
- Commercially minded, with a clear ability to uncover and convert expansion opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Comfort operating independently in fast-moving, high-growth settings with a strong sense of accountability.
- Nice to have: experience designing scalable data or performance frameworks that improve campaign results.
Benefits
- Competitive contractor compensation, with performance-based upside potential.
- Fully remote global working setup aligned to US business hours.
- High autonomy and direct access to executive leadership through the CRO reporting line.
- Chance to influence enterprise growth strategy across major client accounts.
- Exposure to complex, high-impact marketing and growth programs.
- A collaborative, performance-oriented environment focused on long-term client outcomes.
