Role Overview

The Senior Regional Vice President role is a full-time, fully remote position charged with overseeing business operations and enhancing performance within a designated region. This executive leadership position is accountable for setting and achieving strategic targets to drive revenue expansion and profitability by continuously evaluating key performance indicators and adapting strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor leadership teams across multiple locations within the region to align efforts across sales and operations.
Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and standards in day-to-day regional management.
Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for market growth.
Steer initiatives aimed at elevating customer experience and service excellence.
Collaborate closely with senior executives on forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, diversity, and high performance throughout the region.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven leadership experience managing operations across multiple sites or states, with measurable success in growing revenue and profitability.
Advanced capabilities in strategic planning, comprehensive business analysis, and managing performance using data-driven insights.
Strong aptitude in coaching and developing geographically dispersed teams, comfortable operating in remote or hybrid settings.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for engagement with both internal teams and external partners.
Competence in managing complex projects, prioritization, and delivering results within established timelines and budgets.
Experience with CRM systems and productivity tools, coupled with willingness to integrate emerging technologies supporting operational efficiency.
Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields; having an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
Experience in senior leadership roles within dynamic, growth-focused companies; domain-specific expertise is beneficial but not required.
