Role overview
The Vice President for CRM Solution Sales and Consulting in EMEA will own the CRM sales and consulting agenda across the region. Reporting to the Geo Presidents with a dotted line to the Global SVP of CRM Sales, this leader will be responsible for driving execution, shaping strategy, and coordinating with global centers of excellence, marketing, technical, and partner teams. The role calls for a general-manager mindset, deep CRM expertise, and a consistent track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
In this position, you will lead CRM sales motions and consulting activities across the geo, build revenue plans, and ensure execution against growth objectives. You will also work closely with senior leadership to align priorities, support client and partner relationships, and guide the CRM sales organization toward high performance. The role includes tracking market and competitor activity, improving sales methods, and representing the region in global CRM discussions.

This position is preferably based in Ireland, France, or Germany.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will bring significant experience in CRM solution sales and consulting, along with strong leadership ability and the capacity to motivate teams. The role also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, strategic planning capability, and comfort working across functions in a global environment. A practical understanding of how AI can be used in workflows, analysis, or decision-making is also expected.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required. An MBA is preferred.
