Location and Start Date

The position is based at Gerlachstraße 47-49, 14480 Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany with immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and record relevant vehicle defects and potential revenue opportunities.
• Deliver comprehensive feedback packages to service advisors in a digital format.
• Enhance employee and customer satisfaction as well as increase profitability.
• Implement process updates and improvement measures.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training paired with several years of professional experience.
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license.
• Excellent computer skills and strong technical analysis capabilities.
• Motivation to develop and shape a new role.
• Ability to think and act quickly along with fast decision-making skills.
