Position Summary

We seek a Volkswagen Disponent for new vehicle fleet coordination at locations Franklinstraße 5, 10587 Berlin and Marzahner Chaussee 234, 12681 Berlin, starting immediately. This full-time role, based onsite, focuses on ensuring seamless vehicle management within the dealership, particularly for used vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage smooth vehicle operations within the dealership environment.
• Coordinate scheduling, tracking, and disposition of used vehicles.
• Oversee and streamline all processes linked to the used car segment.
• Provide professional support to the used car sales team.
• Maintain close collaboration and communication with colleagues and customers.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably as an automotive or office clerk.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Independent, thorough, and very reliable work ethic.
• Highly developed organizational capabilities.
