What the role involves

• Recording vehicle defects and identifying revenue opportunities during intake
• Providing a complete digital package update to the service advisor
• Helping improve employee and customer satisfaction while also supporting higher profitability
• Implementing process changes and other operational improvements

What you should bring

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training and several years of professional experience
• Driver’s licence class B
• Very strong computer skills and the ability to analyze technical issues
• Motivation to shape and develop a new role
• Fast thinking, quick action, and confident decision-making
