About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review machine-generated English (India) transcriptions to identify errors and discrepancies with precision.
• Amend and refine transcriptions ensuring they sound natural and linguistically accurate to native speakers.
• Record finalized transcriptions using a laptop microphone within a quiet setting.
• Produce recordings that are clear, expressive, and align with project requirements.
• Ensure every audio submission meets high standards concerning clarity and quality of data.
• Work collaboratively with the client's team to offer constructive feedback aimed at enhancing data gathering procedures.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in Indian English including understanding regional accents and idiomatic language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities with an emphasis on accuracy and expressiveness.
• Ability to efficiently spot and rectify mistakes in automated transcriptions.
• Comfortable recording audio with standard laptop microphones and ensuring minimal background noise.
• Highly attentive to details, dependable, and capable of adhering strictly to technical protocols.
