About the Role

This contract opportunity is for a German voice actor to support CX agent voice cloning work. The engagement is remote, based in Germany, and pays between $50 and $150 per hour. Time commitment is expected to be 10 to 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

• Create clean, high-quality voice recordings using a range of script styles such as conversational, storytelling, and instructional content.
• Speak with clarity, warmth, and expression while maintaining strong control over pace, tone, and pronunciation.
• Keep your voice delivery, accent, and style steady across different recording sessions.
• Work according to detailed recording instructions covering room setup, microphone usage, and file preparation.
• Provide multiple reads where needed, adjusting emotion, emphasis, and delivery style.

What We’re Looking For

• Native German speaker currently living in Germany.
• Hands-on background in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording environment, including a good microphone and a quiet space.
• Strong skills in intonation, diction, and expressive performance.
• Ability to follow scripts accurately while still sounding natural.
• Dependable availability of around 5 to 10 hours per week throughout the assignment.
