About the role
This opportunity is for a German voice actor to support CX agent voice cloning work for an AI-focused client. The company connects creative and technical talent with leading AI research teams. The engagement is remote and centered on producing high-quality voice recordings for a specific client use case.

Responsibilities
- Capture clean, high-quality voice samples using a variety of script styles, including conversational, narrative, and instructional content.
- Speak with clarity, natural flow, and expression, while managing tone, pacing, and pronunciation carefully.
- Keep the voice, accent, and delivery stable and consistent across different recording sessions.
- Adhere closely to recording instructions covering the recording environment, microphone setup, and required file format.
- Repeat lines as needed and provide multiple takes with different emotions, emphasis, and speaking styles.
Requirements
- You must be a native German speaker and currently located in Germany.
- Previous work in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting is required.
- You need access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a good microphone, pop filter, and a quiet space.
- You should have strong control over intonation, articulation, and emotional expression.
- You must be able to follow scripts accurately while still sounding natural.
- You should be available for 5 to 10 hours each week throughout the project.
- Your voice may be used for the client's CX AI agent cloning workflow, and the recordings will not be sold or reused beyond this specific purpose.
- Preferred background includes work on text-to-speech projects, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
- Familiarity with audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is an added advantage.
- Ability to switch between vocal styles such as conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm is preferred.
