Visual Merchandiser

Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will help shape a consistent and engaging in-store experience by applying visual standards and supporting commercial performance. In this role, you will work in line with the brand’s values and contribute to both store success and overall business goals.

What You Will Do

• Implement visual presentation, merchandising, and styling plans according to store direction and seasonal calendars so that the store looks compelling and supports sales.
• Review sales results, track stock availability, care for garments properly, and identify visual and commercial improvement areas together with Store Management.
• Use your understanding of trends and competitors to guide and coach store colleagues so they can deliver a strong customer experience.
• Represent both yourself and the brand professionally in every customer interaction.
• Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion initiatives.

Who You Will Work With

Store teams are central to the brand experience, and this role works closely with colleagues across the store, including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, Delivery Responsible, and other Visual Merchandisers in larger locations. You will also collaborate with the wider Area Team to exchange ideas and support growth across stores. Together, the team helps customers feel confident and express their style through current trends and timeless fashion.
