Job Overview
In the role of Visual Merchandiser, you will be instrumental in crafting a compelling and uniform shopping environment by executing brand visual standards and enhancing commercial performance. Your contributions will align with company values and help propel both your success and that of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual presentations, commercial arrangements, and styling initiatives per store procedures and seasonal calendars to enrich the shopper's experience and boost store sales.
- Monitor sales data, manage inventory, maintain garment quality, and collaborate with Store Management to identify and act on visual or sales opportunities.
- Leverage trend research and competitor insights to mentor and develop store personnel, preparing them to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a positive representation of yourself and the brand through all customer engagements.
- Assist the Sales Market team during store expansion projects.
Work Environment
You will work closely with a vibrant Store Team comprising roles such as Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers, among others. The team also extends to the wider Area Team across locations, fostering collaboration and shared success. Together, you help customers confidently express themselves through fashion that is both trendy and timeless, creating an inclusive and sustainable shopping atmosphere.

- Proven visual merchandising and commercial expertise within a fast-paced retail setting, with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to interpret and act upon sales analytics and the dynamics of selling.
