Key Responsibilities

• Keep all merchandise and accessory presentations well-organized and attractive on the showroom floor.
• Design and arrange home furnishings and vendor displays to maximize appeal and encourage customer purchases.
• Develop and execute innovative merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience.
• Build and set up visual displays for promotional events and sales campaigns.
• Monitor and maintain precise inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent credential; further education in a related field is advantageous.
• A strong passion and good understanding of interior decoration concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of display and setup.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency with computer tools and applications.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and customer engagement.
