As a Retail Team Member located in Kingsley, Western Australia, you will contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences through efficient and welcoming service.
Main Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service that consistently surpasses customer expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager in supporting daily store functions using your retail expertise.
- Work collaboratively within the store team to foster a positive and productive environment.
- Maintain strict attention to detail ensuring safety standards and transactional accuracy are upheld.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule that includes availability for weekend and overnight shifts as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
- Competency in operating POS systems and managing cash transactions with precision.
- Strong communication capabilities and team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work within a seven-day roster including weekends and night shifts.
