Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member based in Karratha, you will be essential in maintaining store excellence. Your responsibilities will involve stocking shelves, ensuring facilities remain clean, and upholding the store's overall excellent appearance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain the store environment with pride, ensuring it looks its best at all times.
• Offer support to the Store Manager by utilizing your retail knowledge to assist with day-to-day store operations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure accuracy in all tasks requiring attention to detail.
• Be adaptable with working hours, including readiness to work weekends and afternoon shifts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
• Proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication abilities and a cooperative team spirit.
• Willingness to work a flexible 7-day roster, including overnight and weekend shifts.
