About the Role

This position sits within the Merchandise Services team and offers the chance to shape in-store experiences across the network through a mix of project coordination, visual merchandising, and collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
If you enjoy turning ideas into practical retail outcomes, balancing creative thinking with structured delivery, and making a visible difference to customer experience, this role is designed for that combination.

- Work alongside Merchandise, Marketing, Design, Store teams, and external suppliers to keep delivery moving.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and help keep projects progressing as planned.
- Provide support to stores during rollout activity and in the period after implementation.
Visual Merchandising
- Create signage using existing templates for in-store presentation and display needs.
- Prepare merchandising and signage assets that reflect brand guidelines and standards.
- Produce mock-ups and trial concepts to confirm ideas will work effectively in stores.
- Monitor retail and merchandising trends to keep displays current, attractive, and competitive.

- Work with internal teams to clarify project needs and define implementation plans.
- Support stores in upholding strong merchandising presentation standards.
- Assist with the management of in-store signage and ticketing systems across the network.
