About the Clinic
This opportunity is with a growing family wellness and chiropractic clinic based in Colorado that supports both children and parents in feeling healthier and more balanced. The team is mission-led, small, and looking for someone dependable, detail-focused, and interested in building a long-term role with room to expand over time.
The clinic’s guiding idea is that a well-functioning nervous system can be a major source of strength for overall wellbeing.
Role Overview
The Virtual Assistant will support the business across content, social media, marketing, patient communication, and day-to-day administration. The position begins as a part-time role of about 20 hours per week, with the possibility of taking on additional responsibilities as the business grows.
Content and Social Media Support
- Publish blog posts on the Wix site using drafts supplied by the team.
- Create simple branded visuals in Canva using existing templates.
- Make basic edits to short videos and upload them to YouTube.
- Plan and queue social media content through Later and Meta Business Suite.
- Add events to Google Business Profile, Meetup, Eventbrite, and Facebook.
Marketing and Funnel Support
- Create and send email newsletters in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Keep contacts updated and organized inside GHL.
- Assist with building automations and funnels in GHL.
- As the role develops, there may be opportunities to support Meta paid advertising, including pixel setup and campaign configuration.
Admin and Patient Support
- Manage the inbox and draft responses to common or routine messages.
- Send patient forms and follow up as needed.
- Record weekly metrics and new patient counts in a spreadsheet.
- Import files and support general office administration tasks.
- Assist with light outreach, including emails and scheduling coordination.
Working Setup
This is a part-time onsite role. Some working hours should overlap with US Mountain Time business hours. The initial schedule is around 20 hours per week, with flexibility for growth later.

Required Profile
The ideal candidate has excellent written English, works carefully, and can learn new platforms quickly. Reliability, strong organization, and the ability to follow instructions closely are essential. A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, a backup plan for connectivity issues, and a personal computer with a webcam are required.
Preferred Experience
It would be helpful to have prior experience with Canva and a social scheduling platform, along with familiarity with Wix, GoHighLevel, Google Business tools, and Meta Business Suite. Experience using AI tools such as Claude, basic video editing ability, and exposure to health, wellness, or other service-based businesses would also be an advantage.
