Role Overview
HA Agency, a marketing and creative firm serving U.S.-based clients, seeks a dependable and personable part-time Account Manager. This position requires availability during Los Angeles (PST) business hours to maintain and strengthen client connections by serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for assigned client accounts.
- Handle daily communications with clients through email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Provide clients with regular updates and progress reports.
- Foster and nurture trustworthy and lasting client relationships to enhance retention.
- Convey client feedback, demands, and priorities to the internal team effectively.
- Identify potential issues early and assist in proactive resolution.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
