About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant who is also proficient in social media management. This full-time role supports both business and personal tasks for company founders, emphasizing autonomy and the ability to handle diverse assignments without close supervision.

Key Duties

  • Coordinate and organize founders' calendars, meetings, and daily agendas
  • Provide daily morning schedule summaries and timely updates during work hours
  • Manage email inboxes effectively, prioritizing and scheduling meetings as needed
  • Maintain constant availability and responsiveness via WhatsApp throughout the workday
  • Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and car rentals, ensuring cost-effective choices
  • Assist with personal errands, such as ordering deliveries via apps during office hours
  • Perform administrative and secretarial tasks as assigned
  • Oversee business social media accounts and content creation, leveraging prior social media expertise
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Planner for task management and documentation
  • Adapt flexibly to additional duties as they arise across both professional and personal areas

Candidate Profile

  • Highly independent and resourceful, able to research and problem-solve with minimal guidance
  • Proactive, energetic mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Comfortable managing a combination of professional and personal support tasks
  • Experienced with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Planner)
  • Excellent written communication, particularly for daily updates and scheduling
  • Availability for real-time communication during business hours, especially via WhatsApp
  • Demonstrated experience as an executive or personal assistant is preferred
  • Proven social media management skills are essential

Work Schedule and Conditions

  • Full-time employment, approximately 40 hours per week
  • Completely remote work setup
  • Regular daily status check-ins required, including morning schedule briefings
