Graphic Designer and GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant

Overview

We are a Melbourne-based organisation engaged in music, creative arts, and disability sectors. We seek a dependable Virtual Assistant (VA) who possesses professional graphic design capabilities alongside hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).

Role Breakdown

• 60% dedicated to graphic design and content creation
• 30% focused on campaign execution and GoHighLevel management
• 10% supporting customer service and administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce branded posts, carousels, stories, reels, flyers, and short-form videos
• Create design-led content tailored to music, youth culture, and contemporary themes
• Manage the content calendar and schedule approved materials
• Build, test, and maintain GHL funnels, forms, pipelines, workflows, and email marketing campaigns
• Support landing page and website updates through GHL and WordPress/Elementor platforms
• Implement UTM tracking, analyze campaign results, and suggest enhancements
• Assist with approved outreach, onboarding, invoicing, and other administrative duties
• Ensure all public-facing content and customer correspondences receive approval prior to distribution

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in layout, typography, and visual design
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Advanced capabilities in Canva for efficient content and template creation
• Experience with social media design and short-form video content production
• Hands-on knowledge of GoHighLevel platform features
• Strong command of English, organized approach, and keen attention to detail

Additional Skills (Advantageous)

• Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel

Working Hours and Conditions

• Part-time role with 20 hours per week
• Monday through Friday schedules
• Working hours from 10 AM to 2 PM Melbourne time
• Use of time tracking software is mandatory
• Possibility for increased hours and compensation depending on performance and business requirements
