Position Overview
This remote Virtual Assistant role supports a team of three real estate agents, based in Irvine, CA. The position involves managing calendars, emails, and appointment scheduling while serving as a liaison with clients, vendors, and contractors. The assistant will also conduct online and property research, assist in lead generation and qualification, and create and maintain property listings on platforms such as Zillow, Craigslist, TurboTenant, Zumper, and Stessa.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to three real estate agents.
- Manage calendars, emails, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors to facilitate operations.
- Conduct thorough online and property research.
- Assist with generating and qualifying sales leads.
- Create and update listings on multiple rental and real estate platforms.
- Prepare and edit documents in Word, Excel, and PDF formats.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
- Experience in real estate is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks while working autonomously.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
- Availability required from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
- Occasional weekend work may be necessary (3–4 hours).
- Compensation at $40 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Potential for up to a $3,600 annual bonus.
