About the Role
Join PwC New Zealand's vibrant Business Support team, a key component of the Internal Firm Services structure, where you'll collaborate closely with partners and teams to deliver premium administrative assistance, client support, and project coordination. This dynamic position focuses on providing support to Tax and Legal partners within a fast-moving and continually evolving environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage extensive diary schedules, organize travel arrangements, and process expenses for multiple partners.
- Offer strategic and administrative support to partners and teams exceeding 40 members.
- Organize and coordinate high-level client and internal meetings including booking venues, facilitating video conferencing, and managing catering.
- Coordinate and manage local and national events in conjunction with the Markets team.
- Oversee document preparation by the Document Specialist Team, ensuring presentations meet highest quality and PwC brand criteria.
- Support project coordination with client engagement for sector teams and priority clients.
- Train teams in using internal systems and promote adoption of best practices.
Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally in professional services or a related sector.
- Proficient inbox management with sharp prioritization and follow-through.
- Strong skills in diary management, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Demonstrates high initiative, positive attitude, and a collaborative work style.
- Experienced in supporting multiple partners or senior leaders, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Highly organized and resilient, with excellent planning and time management under changing conditions.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office and familiarity with platforms such as SalesForce, Flexipurchase, and Workday preferred.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and use new systems effectively.
