Role Overview

We are seeking a VIP Butler to join Saadiyat Beach Club. In this capacity, you will deliver bespoke, high-end services to VIP guests, ensuring their visit is unforgettable. The position emphasizes anticipating guest desires, seamlessly coordinating with various service teams, and upholding a discreet and attentive service standard within a luxurious beach setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer personalized and dedicated service, meeting all VIP guest preferences and expectations.
• Proactively anticipate and address guest needs.
• Greet and accompany VIP guests to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Keep detailed records of guest preferences and histories when applicable.
• Manage food and beverage orders, cabana services, and special guest requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service personnel to guarantee timely and precise service delivery.
• Organize special setups including celebrations, private dining, and exclusive experiences.
• Ensure VIP areas such as cabanas, lounges, and beach beds meet the highest standards of presentation and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and impeccable presentation of assigned areas.
• Consistently uphold all luxury brand service standards.
• Promptly and professionally handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Establish strong connections with returning and high-profile guests.
• Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Promote premium offerings, signature drinks, and exclusive experiences to guests.
• Support revenue goals through personalized suggestions and recommendations.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Adhere to all company policies at all times.

Candidate Profile

• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 to 4 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, specifically in beach clubs or high-end food and beverage services.
• Previous butler service or VIP guest handling experience is highly desirable.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Professional, discreet, and well-presented appearance.
• Effective multitasking capability and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and coordination abilities.
• Flexibility to work outdoors, including shifts during weekends and public holidays.
