Role Overview

We are seeking a Bartender at Saadiyat Beach Club who will expertly prepare and serve beverages in a lively beachfront setting. The role demands maintaining high quality, consistent taste, and professional presentation of drinks while offering friendly, attentive service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes ensuring quality and consistency.
• Accurately take and process beverage orders using POS systems.
• Engage with guests by making recommendations and promoting signature drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure proper hygiene and sanitation complying with health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure correct storage of ingredients.
• Handle cash, billing, and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines in accordance with local laws.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly and ensure proper use of bar equipment.

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or hospitality certification is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of bartending experience, ideally in beach clubs, resorts, or high-volume venues.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and basic mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
• Positive team player with flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
