About the Company and Role
AUSPRO Team specializes in year-round picking, pruning, and thinning of grape and citrus crops in Victoria and New South Wales, Australia. They are currently looking for motivated individuals globally to join their team primarily for vine pruning and rolling tasks in preparation for harvest.
Job Locations and Starting Details
- New South Wales: Paringi, Buronga
- Victoria: Cowanna, Red Cliffs
Work is scheduled to commence around May 5. Shift start times range between 7:30 am and 8:00 am, with daily work hours spanning 6 to 8 hours. Workdays run from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. Continued employment for a longer duration is possible depending on preference.
Compensation and Payment Terms
This is a piece-rate payment job; wages are not based on an hourly rate. Workers should be aware that payment depends on the volume of work completed.

Shared housing is available within a 15-minute drive from the farm in Mildura, VIC, with weekly rents from $120 to $180. Accommodations include two-person rooms and couple rooms in a five-bedroom house. A farm-owned sharehouse is also available in Irymple, VIC, within a 5-minute walk from the farm, offering single or two-person rooms in a four-bedroom home. Both accommodations provide complimentary Wi-Fi and internet access. Nearby amenities include fast food outlets and pharmacies within walking distance. Availability of accommodation is limited. Alternative options include farmstays and campgrounds equipped with necessary facilities.
