About the Role

As a Village Manager or Assistant Village Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations while championing safety, exceptional service, and teamwork. Your leadership will directly influence creating a supportive and high-quality living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of daily operations related to accommodation, kitchen, dining, housekeeping, and cleaning services.
- Promote a culture of safety by conducting pre-shift meetings and monitoring compliance with safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent service delivery aligns with expectations.
- Manage operational efficiency through effective rostering, budget control, stock management, and accurate reporting.

Experience and Qualifications
- Proven background managing remote village operations, large-scale hospitality, or accommodation services.
- Sound financial understanding including budgeting, cost control, and the ability to enhance revenue.
- Knowledgeable in health, safety, and food service regulations and compliance standards.
- Capable of passing pre-employment medical exams and holding relevant licenses or clearances.
