As a Village Manager or Assistant Village Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations while cultivating a culture centered on safety, outstanding service, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead day-to-day activities across accommodation, kitchen, dining, housekeeping, and cleaning services.
  • Promote and maintain a safety-first environment by conducting pre-start meetings and complying with relevant regulations.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients to guarantee high-quality service and living experiences.
  • Manage rostering, budgeting, inventory control, and reporting efficiently to optimize operational performance.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical exams and hold relevant licenses and clearances.
