Role Description
Embedded within the Safran Aircraft Engines team in Dubai, this role supports the Contract Manager responsible for engine service contracts (MRO) in the Middle East region. The key mission is to assist in overseeing contractual obligations and financial processes related to airline customers.
Key Duties
- Assist the Contract Manager in coordinating and monitoring the invoicing procedures for airline clients, ensuring that documents are accurate and issued punctually.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and contacts to gather necessary billing information.
- Support collections efforts by tracking pending payments and following up with customers as required.
- Aid in managing and resolving invoice-related disputes alongside senior team members.
- Contribute to gathering and reporting revenue data associated with Safran Aircraft Engines.
- Help oversee cash flow and monitor client account statuses.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac +3 or Bac +4 diploma such as a BUT or degree from a business, finance, or management school.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exhibits rigor, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of French is an advantage but not mandatory.
