Position Overview

We are seeking a Video & Production Lead responsible for steering the development of outstanding video and audio content that aligns with our club's identity. This role combines creative leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to deliver high-impact productions on a large scale.

Based within the Content & Media department, this pivotal position will craft a bold and culturally relevant creative vision. Collaborating with multiple departments within the club, the lead will ensure content not only propels key strategic goals but also fortifies our brand’s global presence and emotional engagement with fans.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and own the video content strategy across all types of output, using data, audience behavior, and platform insights to set priorities aligned with the overall content strategy.
  • Lead and inspire the content team to produce world-class materials that shape the club’s brand, deepen fan connections, and advance organizational goals.
  • Serve as a senior leader within the Content & Media department’s management team to raise content standards and collaborate across units.
  • Foster a culture of creative excellence, teamwork, and high performance that empowers the team to deliver outstanding results and grow professionally.
  • Manage relationships as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, balancing priorities to meet business objectives and department workflows.
  • Oversee operational planning including resource allocation, budgeting, and project timelines to ensure efficient delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated extensive leadership experience in sports, entertainment, or media sectors, with a background in directing innovative large-scale video and audio productions including live events and branded content.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, fostering both collective success and individual development.
  • Strong creative sensibility with a demonstrated track record for defining exceptional storytelling and original, culturally impactful content.
  • Proficient in applying data analytics and audience insights to refine content strategies and improve formats effectively.
  • Excellent skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and juggling multiple priorities within dynamic environments.
  • Clear and adaptable communicator capable of engaging diverse audiences and stakeholders with transparency and poise.
  • Highly organized with outstanding skills in planning, resource management, and workflow coordination.
  • Experienced with a broad range of production technologies, systems, and emerging tools including artificial intelligence applications.
  • Deep understanding and appreciation of the club’s brand values and cultural significance.
