Job description
About the Role
Spring's team is seeking an exceptional creative collaborator—a highly perceptive video and photography specialist who can vividly capture the life, work, events, offers, community, and ecosystem of Spring through compelling storytelling content. This retainer-based contract requires moving within the ecosystem with trust, refined taste, discretion, and taking full creative ownership. The ideal candidate resembles a "Drock-style" creator—someone who seamlessly follows the founder, records authentic moments as they unfold, grasps the story behind each scenario, and transforms raw materials into content that fosters connection, trust, authority, and desire.
You don't have to be an expert yet but must have proven experience beyond basic training. Essential qualities include a keen eye, instinctive judgment, strong motivation, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a hunger to develop rapidly into the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture founder lifestyle and behind-the-scenes moments
- Document events, retreats, and workshops
- Create storytelling reels and short-form videos for social platforms
- Produce paid advertising creatives
- Record client testimonials and transformation stories
- Generate launch and promotional content
- Support community and brand-building through diverse photo and UGC-style assets for social media, websites, advertisements, and campaigns
- Film leadership activities, teachings, conversations, and ecosystem highlights
- Record live events, activations, and launches
- Edit short-form videos tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other platforms
- Develop reels, recap videos, promotional clips, and event-specific content
- Identify compelling content opportunities in real-time
- Organize an efficient and accessible archive of footage, photographs, selections, and final assets
- Align content creation with marketing campaigns and launch schedules collaboratively
- Operate effectively during high-output phases without compromising quality
- Understand when to capture moments, maintain discretion, and respect privacy when required
Work Schedule and Travel
This role is not a standard 9-to-5 position. Expect periods of intense creative activity linked to product launches, events, and travel interspersed with quieter phases focused on editing and planning. A valid passport is necessary due to travel demands.
