- Work closely with strategists to understand and express strategic intentions through visuals.
- Incorporate feedback to refine edits and align with campaign objectives.
- Analyze past campaign data to identify and apply improvement opportunities in editing styles.
- Ensure videos comply with platform requirements including safe zones, captions, subtitles, and native formats.
- Remain informed on trending formats and successful editing approaches on social platforms.
- Enhance and repair raw creator footage to meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of video editing experience focused on paid social, digital marketing, or social media content, gained in agency, in-house, or freelance roles.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form content including pacing, hooks, captions, and platform-specific formats.
- Proficiency using Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; knowledge of After Effects is advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with platform specifications and trends on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to work with unpolished creator footage and enhance it to fit campaign goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attentiveness to detail, especially regarding file and version management.
- Self-motivated and coachable with eagerness to improve editing speed and adaptability.
- Interest in understanding content performance metrics and the strategic context behind creative decisions.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with HSA contribution.
