Role Overview
Join INDITEX as a Video Content Specialist focusing on Employer Branding for our Hamburg office. You will be creating and producing engaging video and motion content that brings our employer brand to life internally and externally through social media and internal communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content that embodies and promotes our employer brand.
- Design and produce video and motion graphics for social media platforms and internal communications.
- Contribute ideas for posts and craft suitable accompanying texts.
- Support the development of internal training content with relevant media.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video content creation with a solid understanding of employer branding.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of key social media platforms and ability to tailor both visual and textual content effectively for target audiences.
- Preferably experience from an employer branding agency or similar environment.
- Proactive, hands-on working style with own ideas and a strong sense of storytelling and communication.
