Fusion Education Group is a rapidly expanding organization that operates a nationwide network of private middle and high schools serving grades 4 through 12. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a seasoned executive leader to establish and drive forward our Talent & People Development division.
Role Overview
In the role of Vice President, you will collaborate closely with the Human Resources team and senior leadership to craft and execute strategies, programs, and capabilities aimed at attracting, nurturing, engaging, and retaining top talent throughout the organization. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape core areas such as leadership development, learning initiatives, organizational effectiveness, company culture, and talent management within a mission-focused and expanding institution.
Key Duties
- Design and lead the comprehensive Talent & People Development strategy enterprise-wide.
- Work in partnership with HR to enhance recruitment processes, workforce planning, and the acquisition of leadership roles.
- Oversee management and documentation related to employee onboarding, learning management systems, leadership development programs, and organizational learning.
- Expand the use of digital tools, including eLearning platforms and opportunities for leadership growth.
- Develop programs surrounding succession planning, career development pathways, mentorship, and high-potential employee engagement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment of talent strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Utilize metrics and data analytics to refine recruitment effectiveness, learning outcomes, leadership preparedness, and organizational capacity.
- Promote and embed a culture emphasizing continuous learning, accountability, and leadership excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree considered favorable.
- At least 10 years of ascending leadership experience in areas such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven expertise in formulating and implementing enterprise-wide talent and leadership strategies.
- Strong knowledge base in leadership growth, organizational effectiveness, and managing change.
- Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), enterprise knowledge bases, eLearning tools, and digital learning technology.
- Executive presence supported by superior communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Capacity to influence cross-functional groups and connect business strategy to talent development approaches.
- Florida state candidates must pass a Level 2 background screening as per state requirements.

This role may qualify for a performance-based variable bonus dependent on company, team, or individual outcomes, with details provided upon offer.

Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 USD.
