Job description
Role Overview
A fast-scaling healthcare organization with multiple sites is looking to add a Vice President of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Facilities to its leadership team. This executive position reports to the CFO and is responsible for building and carrying out the organization’s strategy across supply chain, procurement, and facilities functions.
The role is central to improving operational performance and strengthening financial results through vendor management, strategic sourcing, contract discussions, inventory oversight, and facility-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and lead the organization’s enterprise supply chain, procurement, and sourcing strategy.
- Manage complex negotiations for high-value vendor contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee real estate matters, lease agreements, and site selection activities across the Northeast.
- Deliver major cost-reduction programs and initiatives that improve EBITDA.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
- Background in a multi-site and multi-state healthcare operating environment.
